THE NAUTICAL PART
The nautical part of the port consists of the shore D, the piers 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 1T, and temporarily also the shore B which is intended for smaller nautical vessels in the period between 1st May and 31st October.

There are 290 nautical berths available.
THE MUNICIPAL PART
The order of priority for obtaining a permanent berth is regulated by the provision of Art. 5 of the Rules on the criteria for determining the purpose of a particular part of the port open for traffic of regional and local importance (Official Gazette no. 94/07) and the Rules for the Maintenance of Order set forth the layout of berths.

There are 300 municipal moorings in total.
THE OPERATIONAL DOCK
When entering the port, all types of boats must ask permission to enter from the Port Authority Pula – Bunarina, regardless of the activity they perform. Exceptions are sports and fishing boats, vessels carrying passengers and providing taxi service, as well as vessels that have a berth rental agreement in place. The Rules for the Maintenance of Order define the criteria for using the quay apron of the port.
